OUR VISION AND MISSION
Ithemba Lobomi envisions a community of Thembalethu where everyone, both young and old, is empowered to lead healthy and pro-active lives.
To provide essential care services to the community of Thembalethu in order to alleviate the impact of the burden of disease and improve physcho-social well-being.
GOALS
To provide basic primary health care support to individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, TB, chronic and other illnesses.
To improve the psycho-social well-being of households and individuals, especially those who are vulnerable such as women, children (including OVC), at risk youth, the elderly, men, the abused and people with mental illness.
To provide education and awareness in order to prevent health and socio-economic challenges.
To capacitate individuals, families and communities with basic training and skills to enable them to make informed choices about their lives.
To develop & promote strategic alliances with other stakeholders in Thembalethu in order to have a greater impact of improving service delivery.
